Spacious and bright penthouse with panorama seaview
Spacious and bright penthouse (90m2) with a large terrace (40m2) that has sun all day and beautiful sunsets. It´s locaded in the beautiful green area of Ladera Del Mar 1. It has a capacity of 6 people and it´s on one level. It has two bedrooms , two bathrooms but only ONE has a shower. Livingroom and kitchen are open plan with sea views. The livingroom has a new sofabed for two persons 140 cm. AC in both bedrooms and the livingroom. The terrace has a dining table with six chairs and two sunbeds. There is also a grill. The location is a few minutes drive from Nerja centre if you go by car. Free parking is available outside the house. It´s about 2,7 km to Nerja centre and you can walk the most part along the beach. There is also a busstation nearby. The chared pool is very nice with a large lawn sunbeds, umbrellas, toilet and a shower. Perfect for children. There is some stairs to the apartment and the pool
With just a few minutes walking there are several beaches. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby. Free WIFI and TV with a wide selections of foreign channels are availabe. Final cleaning, electricity, sheets and towels are included. Not the beachtowels. You can rent a cot 25 Euro/week High chair 25 euro/week

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and well maintained condo. The pool area provided a nice respite from the heat and a short walk provided access to a nice quiet beach.

This was a great space to relax and enjoy the sunshine and local beach restaurants ( easily walkable x 3 choices) and just a 5 min car trip to parking on outskirts of Nerja. Supermarket also close by (again choice of 3) Peaceful with great views and very comfortable terrace furniture for sunbathing and eating. There are a decent amount of steps to get to the villa but the stairway is clear and easily accessible for mobile people. Yvonne the owner was most helpful and quick to respond, the local agent not so.

The Best View in Nerja – Super Balcony and Amazing Views
I cannot say enough about the beauty of this villa. The views were amazing whether seeing the sunrise or sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped and had an abundance of everything one needs including an outside BBQ grill with charcoal and starter. Super clean and the two bathrooms were a plus. We will definitely would rent this one again.
The apartment was as shown in the photos. The sunny deck offers spectacular views over the ocean. The nearby pool is clean and large. There is a nice beach nearby but a car is recommended to access the larger, cleaner beaches at Nerja and also to reach the grocery stores. We loved the apartment, the only negative was that the WiFi was so unreliable and insecure that we had to use our own data to access most sites.
The house is lovely and spacious, offering everything you need, especially for a family holiday. It’s well-equipped for cooking and laundry, with the added convenience of a balcony that makes drying clothes easy. The balcony also provides a stunning view of both sunrise and sunset.
I rated the location 3 stars primarily due to the stairs and the pool’s location, which weren’t to my liking. However, the proximity to the beach is excellent—just a five-minute walk, and you’re there. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay, with the added bonus of being close to Lidl, Aldi, and several restaurants just down the road.
We had a wonderful 6 days in this beautiful apartment. It was bright and plenty of room. Lots of crockery and cutlery.
I does say there are two full bathrooms, but there is only one full bathroom and a toilet with a sink in.

It is on a hilly development and there are around 50 steps you need to walk up to the apartment, which is a little daunting, but, by the end of the six days I was running up them!!

It is a good 40 min walk into centre of Nerja, but there are buses and it is a flat walk( once you’re off the development).
I would most definitely recommend this apartment.
The location of the property is stunning, with panoramic views from the large balcony. Overall, the property was very clean. The only issue we had was with the bed linnen - one pillow was not clean and as such, unusable. We contacted the property manager but did not receive a response from him. This is the reason behind 4 starts for cleanliness. Otherwise, the property was excellent and we would recommend staying there. Be aware, there are 50+ steps from the road to the apartment. Not an issue for us, but those with mobility problems should be aware.
Renting somebody else's house is always a little worrisome, but there is no need to worry in this case. The house was clean, well furnished and the view -- which everybody mentions -- is truly spectacular!
We did not find the 50 or so steps to be difficult, but be aware that there is no way to avoid them each time that you leave the unit. Parking at the base of the steps is plentiful but can require some tight manoeuvering.
While we did walk a few times to Nerja itself, I believe that you do need a car to appreciate the area. It is a wonderful town with several good restaurants; by the way, we were there in February and had no difficulty finding a good selection of restaurants in Nerja. The same holds true for Playa Burriana which you will enjoy.

We are a family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 9.Unfortunately we were not made aware that the pool was'nt open.This would have been a major negative for our holiday had we not been able to rent sunbeds and use the pool area of the nearby Marinas de Nerja hotel.A petty gripe on my part but the double bed was made up using 2 single sheets overlapping in the centre which is obviously not ideal , the linen while clean was a bit tired looking also.Notwithstanding these issues I would certainly reccomend this apartment to a friend.
I was thinking of giving a 3 but after much thought 4 is appropriate score. The property is beautiful, well equipped and the host was very accessible. The deck and view were awesome. There was abundant parking, which is a big positive in Spain. We like to walk so walking up and down hills and steps were not a problem for us and the mile plus walk to town was beautiful. The issues were: 1. An ant infestation that was annoying; and 2. The WiFi and TV was spotty at best. Each night after a long day we wanted to watch a movie which was often impossible because the TV would freeze. Also, it would be nice if some information was provided, like restaurants, bus cost and schedules, location of rubbish disposal etc. Nerja is a wonderful place. We spent a lot of time there as the shops and restaurants are very good. We used the property as a home base and visited a lot of places like Sevilla, Granada, Ronda, Marbella, Malaga, Frigliana, Caminito Del Rey, etc. Driving and parking in larger cities can be stressful. Driving on the highways is easier. I recommend not driving if possible. Google maps is often wrong in the bigger cities and it can get you into some dicey situations (e.g. streets that are barely wider than your car). Overall, it was a great vacation.
Fantastic view from the property and a very spacious terrace. Very steep hills to walk up/ down to the beach and pool but that was ok for us as it was worth it!The pool was great; long enough to swim a few lengths and it was so quiet! Lovely bar & restaurant close by which we visited a few times over our stay.
What a lovely place to vacation! We loved the pool and the restaurants that were within walking distance and the view. Ah that view! We enjoyed driving to the beach in town but there are two beaches within walking distance too! Great spot!
