THE SETTING
Hawk Creek runs through the valley below. Elk graze the field at dawn. The Pacific fills every window.

Set in the secluded coastal hills above Neskowin, with private road access, panoramic ocean and old-growth forest views, and nothing between you and the treeline. A short walk brings you to the sand. In summer, the same road leads to the farmers' market for fresh produce, the morning's seafood, and local artisan crafts worth lingering over.

THE KITCHEN
The perfect kitchen to stay in and gather. A 10-foot marble island, professional ABA gas range, pasta maker, tortilla press, and every tool you'd want, and a few you didn't know you needed. Shop the local dory boats for the evening's catch and toss it on the grill. Make fresh pasta for the table. Press tortillas for the group. Pour a glass of wine from Neskowin Provisions and take it out to the ocean-view deck as the sun drops into the Pacific. Dinner for everyone, inside or out.

OUTDOORS & SAUNA
Warm yourself around the fire pit when the plates are cleared. The ocean-view deck seats fourteen. When the evening winds down, retreat to the cedar sauna built into the garden landscape, with forest views, cedar walls, and total quiet.

INSIDE
Fill the great room with Pacific coast light and the curated vinyl collection through the sound system. A gas fireplace, original art on every wall, and a reading bench with 100+ cookbooks from around the world. A bocce court on the grounds. A vintage Pac-Man arcade in the cinema room that doubles as a sleeping area with two queen convertible beds.
