"Property is quite beautiful in a shabby chic kind of way, although the ground is relatively small. Food is decent, but nothing too memorable. We didn’t realise it has a Michelin star, so decided to pay the premium as we didn’t want to go out after a long drive from Calais. Restaurant service was not great to be honest, we had to keep asking for our wine glass to be replenished, even though they didn’t seem to be short of staff. "

Not sure what was happening during my stay but there were doors being slammed repeatedly all afternoon. However, the place is equipped to accommodate cyclists and their bikes in the form of a dedicated secure storage space. For the price I would have expected the room to be better equipped and the place to be better maintained "

Very quiet area, opposite a canal with good walks nearby."
