The house is a renovated 150 year old half-timbered house in which modern and old elements combine. There is space for up to 4 people. Let yourself be inspired by the pictures.

The house is on the outskirts. A supermarket and bakery can be reached on foot as well as two restaurants serving traditional cuisine.
Behind the house you can go directly into the cycle path around the "Drei Gleichen" and explore the area.
By car you can reach Erfurt, Gotha and Arnstadt in about 10 minutes, in 30 minutes you are in the Thuringian Forest and Oberhof as well as in Weimar, Jena or Eisenach and on the Wartburg.
Ideal starting point to explore Thuringia.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt: Sehr freundlich netter Empfang mit der Hauseverwalterin. Das Haus war sehr sauber und großzügig bemessen, die nötigen Dinge des Haushalts waren gut sortiert vorhanden. Dass wir im Hof genügend Raum für Autos und Räder gefunden haben, war ein "Sahnehäubchen". Sehr nahe an einem Supermarkt, Anbindung an das Straßennetz optimal bei hoher Ruhe. Alles in allem von uns: 5 Sterne

Leider entsprach die Anzeige nicht der Wirklichkeit. Fangen wir mit dem Guten an:- Terrasse super- Hof super- Bad Okay- Dachgeschoß schön, konnten wir nur nicht nutzen.- Esszimmer Fernseherjetzt das nicht so schöne:- Küche soweit Okay. Aber Schneebesen verrostet, Reibe nicht so gut. keine Müsli Schalen, nur Obstmesser, Schubladen verschmutz, Töpfe und Spüle mussten gereinigt werden. - Wohnzimmer, groß und hoch aber ungemütlich, wird auf den Bildern gar nicht dargestellt. Alter Fernseher, wo nicht alle Programme drauf zu empfangen sind (ARD)- Jetzt zur Raumhöhe - Leute über 1,70 m haben Problem. Man muss ständig den Kopf einziehen. Auf Beschwerde beim Vermieter bekamen wir die Antwort "Es ist ein altes Haus". Das ist Okay, aber man sollte es wenigstens in der Beschreibung darstellen.- Kopfkissen waren alte Federkissen. Auf Anfrage, ob es Alternativen gibt, wurde das verneint- Keine Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern- Gardine die ständig runter fällt. Auf Rückfragen beim Vermieter erhielten wir die Antwort, dass das Standard ist.

Schöner Urlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus mit eingezäuntem Hof. Der Hund konnte frei laufen und die Kids Fußball spielen. Das Ferienhaus ist flächenmäßig absolut ausreichend für uns gewesen, leider ist die Raumhöhe für Personen größer 175cm nicht geeignet. Im OG konnte mein Mann nicht aufrecht stehen und auch ich habe die ein oder andere Beule davongetragen. Lage sehr ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Meter zum Einkaufen und Restaurant. Die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wäre das Problem mit der Raumhöhe nicht, wären wir sicher gerne wieder gekommen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Charakter

Man ist alleine in einem alten renoviertem Ferienhaus mit eigenem und abschliesbarem Hof. Ideal für Fahrräder und das Auto. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet, die anderen Zimmer haben durchaus noch den Charme eines alten Gebäudes. Das Dachgeschoss ist liebevoll ausgebaut und bietet einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort zum lesen mit herrlicher Fernsicht. In ca. 200 Meter ist ein Netto Markt mit Bäcker. Wir waren 2 Personen. Es gibt noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein Kinderbettchen. Man ist sehr schnell in den umliegenden interessanten Städten wie, Erfurt, Weimar, Gotha usw. Uns hat es dort gut gefallen.

Bewertung für das Ferienhaus in Apfelstädt

Wir wurden herzlich von der Verwalterin empfangen, und sie hat uns das komplette Haus gezeigt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, aber die Bilder sagen doch etwas anderes aus. Trotzdem würden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Wij waren in de veronderstelling dat er 2 toiletruimtes waren.

Grote mensen zullen overal hun hoofd stoten, alle ruimten zijn erg laag. Het is een echt oud huis dat zo goed en zo kwaad is opgeknapt. Voor de zitruimte moet je 2 trappen op, fotoos zijn daar niet heel duidelijk in en de badkamer is helemaal beneden, beetje onprakties. Prima /warmte in huis / parkeerplaats op eigen terein / goede keuken en badkamer.

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und auch so wie im Internet beschrieben. Für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Es war alles sauber und ordentich und auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Kurzurlaub nach Corona

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben unseren 11 tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die zentrale Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten des Thüringer Landes machen es perfekt. In paar Autoninuten ist man in Erfurt, Weimar, Gotha, Eisenach und die "Drei Gleichen" liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Wanderlustige Urlauber kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich begrüßt und standen uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wer nicht in der voll ausgestatteten Küche kochen möchte, kann auch in wenigen Gehminuten die Thüringer Küche genießen. Vor dem Haus steht auch eine gemütliche Sitzecke auf der Terrasse zur Verfügung. Wir könnten hier sogar im Winter die Sonne darauf genießen

Top Ferienhaus und super Lage inmitten der "Drei Gleichen"

Das Haus ist fantastisch. Es wurde anscheinend mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlte an gar nichts. Tolle Lage inmitten der "Drei Gleichen", kurzer Fußweg zum Bäcker und Supermarkt, kurze Wege mit dem Auto in den Thüringer Wald nach Erfurt und Eisenach. Ein Gasthaus mit leckerer Thüringer Küche ist direkt im Ort. Wir waren schon in einigen Ferienwohnungen und -häuser zu Gast, hier wurden wir in allen Belangen positiv überrascht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
