We are very sorry for your bad experiense. The hotel was indeed 100% full at the time of booking and check-in. We often put people with walking difficulties in the rooms at the groud floor and they love it, however when the hotel is fully booked, there is no other option. The balconies lead to an inside yard, not to the street and this yard has video survelance , so there is nothing unsafe about it. Wi-Fi is actually on of our stronger sides. Odd that you would find it unusable. Generally our staff's reviews are quite good and I am astoned that the manageress would be rude to anyone! We will not argue on all of your remarks, because we attribute it to the dissapointment of getting a ground floor room. Sill we will look into all matters apointed by you. Wish you all the best.

I'm really sorry to hear that we weren't able to provide you a peaceful and quiet stay,hence I'd like to apologize once again. Regarding the food, the least I can promise is that we'll invest into a research regarding Finnish taste, so we can provide richer and better menu that will better satisfy your national tastes! I am also disappointed just like you were, that you found our swimming pool dirty. Since we're a family-friendly hotel we try to not use very strong chemicals when cleaning the swimming pool. It takes more time for them to disinfect the whole pool, hence occur situations like this. What I can promise is to make sure we put more effort into cleaning the swimming pool as like I said above we're family-friendly hotel and as such we insist on perfect or at least close-to-perfect hygiene level.

I'm sorry to hear that you had to see the sea, you've came for, dirty during your vacation, but I'm happy that in spite of that, in the end, you managed to find a spot where the sea was clean, so you could enjoy what you came here for ;). As for the breakfast, as you may have noticed, it is included in the accommodation and comes as compliment for each guest of Bora Bora, hence we can not afford to provide richer buffet without modifying the accommodation price, but this definitely is not part of our aims.On the other hand, I fully understand and cherish your feedback regarding our breakfast menu and I'll discuss with the master chef possible different dishes for the future buffets.
