Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
To begin, there were no check-in instructions. I addressed this issue with the host at 2pm, with a check-in at 4pm. She did not respond to my message, and at 3pm I called her only to hear "the caller is blocked or no longer in service." I figured, there would be somebody there to greet us when we arrived. There was not. My husband and I called 14 times, emailed twice, and messaged on Vrbo twice as well. This is a pure SCAM!!!!!!! Two locals told us where the host works, and when we went to the restaurant we were cursed out. There was also no confirmation email from the host. There was no information provided by the host, all of the information was through Vrbo.
