My holiday apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, is located in a quiet neighbourhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the Bus station "Hotel Riu Helios Paradise".

The apartment is with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, dining table, sofa bed, bathroom with a toilet, private patio, terrace.

My guests have free access to public parking.

The house Café-bar has a large terrace in the shade, here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

All children under 3 years are charged Euro 4.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.

Built on a Hill with panorama across the Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze. My place will satisfy the wishes of all guests, looking for the proximity of nature, but not neglecting the attractions of the most dynamic resort in Bulgaria.

Arrival/departure:
Arrival after 15h00. If the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier.
Departure before 11h30. If the apartment is available you can leave later.
We will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the holiday village.
