"Location was great, right on the Main Street. Parking at the back, fairly easy to find. Room was the smallest hotel room I have even been in, but it was clean and cute. No elevator, only one old fashioned key. There is a restaurant downstairs, on the Main Street and food was great. Service was amazing, we had an older gentleman as our server and he was superb. They also provide blankets for sitting on the patio. Would definitely recommend. We did not have breakfast as we were rushing for castle tour, but I grabbed a coffee and breakfast seemed fine from what I could see. There is a parking charge, but can’t remember the cost."

The staff even provided us to go lunch for our early flight on our day of checkout. The area around the hotel was very unique and had great restaurants and gelato. I would highly recommend Hotel am Hopfensee."
