Studio by the sea : jacuzzi, swimming pool & kayak

Enjoy your stay in paradise, close to the beach, feet in the sand, under the sun-kissed tropics.
We will welcome you to Nettle Bay. Located on the French side, this quiet neighborhood is located on a strip of sand linking Terres-Basses to Marigot.
Discover a magnificent panoramic view of the ocean and the hills of our Friendly Island, Saint-Martin. It is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday.

The studio is located near the beach, in a quiet, private and secure residence (24 hour monitoring), with four swimming pools (first swimming pool : 30 meters from the accommodation) and outdoor showers. Air-conditioned, the apartment is equipped for two people. Located on the second floor, it offers a breathtaking view of the sea which is only 50 meters away. In the accommodation you will find:
- A queen-size bed
- A closet with storage for clothes, suitcases... You will also find transportable deckchairs for the beach.
- A kitchen with quality elements : an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, freezer, electric hotplates as well, everything you need to prepare your meals !
- A television
- A shower room/toilet, including a washing machine
- A terrace not overlooked, for a relaxation moment in a complete privacy, with jacuzzi, two deckchairs, a table and two chairs.

The owner will welcome you on site and give you the access badge to the private residence. You will have access to the entire studio.
Parking is also monitored and free.

We are staying on the first floor, under the studio which is completely independent (access, equipment, etc.), the spaces are not shared. Living nearby, we are therefore fully available at any time for any questions, assistance and/or recommendations.
The accommodation is self-sufficient in water with a connection to a cistern. In case of general water service interruption on the island, this system will supply you with water.
A canoe kayak is available and free for the travelers. You'll be able to visit many spots around the corner, we will advise you on the best routes. We also offer a picnic kit for your outdoor meals.
An event (wedding anniversary, honeymoon, others…)? Do not hesitate ! Tell us about it when you book, we adapt the decoration and reserve little surprises.

The studio apartment is located in Nettle Bay, a quiet area, close to the sea. Several beach bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away ! Marigot which has restaurants and shops is less than 2km away.
Nearby and a few steps away, you'll find several activities such as horse riding or water sports, but also shops (bakery, CadisMarket mini-market, pharmacy, gas station, car rental agency, hair salon).
This is a beautiful appreciated location for travellers.

The two airports are very close : Princess Juliana International Airport 7.6 km (10-13min) and Saint Martin Grand Case Airport 10km (14-20min). We recommend a car rental, it is the ideal way to explore all the beauty of Saint-Martin.
Need a taxi ? They are very present and move all over the island.
