In the large garden you even have a whirlpool and an outdoor sauna at your disposal. The rooms are stylishly furnished and spread a homey atmosphere.

Nearby is not only the hunting lodge of the respective acting Federal President, you will also find the "most creative nature trail in Austria", the adventure trail Roßlochklamm and a waterfall called "Totes Weib". Take excursions into the surrounding area or explore the mountains and forests of Hochsteiermark along the numerous hiking trails that lead you into untouched nature.

The Frein organic fishing pond, where you can fish without a license, is located 4 km away. Also in Frein is the alpaca mountain paradise, where the animal inhabitants are happy about visitors.

The skiing area Niederalpl - Mürzsteg is located in a distance of about 15 km and invites you to an enjoyable skiing day in a family-friendly area. 12 km of slopes are available for skiers and snowboarders here.
