"I was told to call the hotel and they would call a taxi to pick us up at the Warnemunde Werft Train Station. We called the hotel 5 times over a 45 minute time period and no one answered the phone. Finally we asked someone getting off a train about their not answering the phone. He tried twice on his phone and still no answer. "COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."
