Nice, large animal and family-friendly apartment in the Wilstermarsch
In the middle of the beautiful Wilstermarsch, not far from the deepest land area in Germany (3.54m below sea level), is our approx. 150-year-old courtyard.
Who is looking for peace and wide meadows is exactly right with us.
Here we have created a cozy, spacious apartment for you.
On around 100m² you will find everything you would expect from a holiday apartment.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. This takes you directly to the spacious dining area with an attached, fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is divided into three rooms as follows:
- A bedroom with a double bed 180 * 200cm,
- A large living room / bedroom with French bed 180 * 200cm and couch corner with satellite TV and DVD for cozy evenings,
- A large room with 2 single beds, one of which is pull-out and can create another, full sleeping facility.
There is also a kicker and another television. We also have some card and board games ready for you.
The full bath is equipped with a bath, shower and toilet.
You can grill, relax or smoke a cigarette on the terrace. The apartment itself is 'smoke free'.
The spacious garden is fenced to 1.50m, so that you can let your dog run freely.
Pets are welcome guests with us!
Sufficient parking spaces are available and bicycles, etc. can also be stored if necessary.
Fast internet / WiFi free of charge!

Für uns der ideale Ort
Wir waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt hier, tagsüber viel unterwegs und nur zwei Personen mit zwei Hunden. Alles super unkompliziert, auch wenn wir leichte Komplikationen verursacht haben. Wir haben geschlafen wie die Steine auf tollen Matratzen und auch die Hunde hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Fewo war dunkel und muffig, das Mobiliar nebst Matratzen war muffig, bzw. wenn man die Türen aufmacht. Die Vermieter waren unfreundlich ohne persönlichen Kontakt.Laut Beschreibung war eine spätere Abreise auch möglich, nach Absprache, was aber nicht der Fall war. Wir mussten um 10 Uhr abreisen!

Für uns kein Wohlfühlort
Die Einrichtung war alt, was an sich nicht unbedingt schlimm ist, aber teilweise kaputt. Wenigstens eine Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Die Mikrowelle funktionierte nicht, die anderen Geräte haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Wir empfanden die Wohnung als sehr muffig und insgesamt ungepflegt (dennoch soweit sauber) und lieblos. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt und sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Nicht für länger und Familien geeignet
Nur für wenige Nächte geeignet und wenn es hauptsächlich als Schlafunterkunft dienen soll. Alles sehr alt, kaputt, nicht schön, schlecht zu lüften, verwinkelt und nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr ruhige Lage, schlne umgebung, nette Nachbarn
Zwar kurz, würde ich wieder buchen. Due Wohnung bietet alles was man brauch als Feriergast. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive.

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Die Buchung und der Erstkontakt lief super. Als wir in der Wohnung angekommen sind, waren wir alle geschockt. Die Wohnung roch modrig, auch nach einem Tag Lüfter war der Geruch nicht weg. Die Möbel (Couch und Betten) waren klamm und im Bad ist Schimmel. Da wir eine lange Anreise hatten, sind wir eine Nacht dort geblieben. Am nächsten Tag haben wir uns mit der Vermieterin in Verbindung gesetzt, die die Probleme gar nicht eingesehen hat. Uns wurde eine Nachbesserung angeboten, für den Schimmel im Bad, jedoch löst das nicht das Problem der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Uns wurde dann auch von der Vermieterin mitgeteilt, dass wir zu hohe Hygieneansprüche haben! Wir hatten keine hohen Ansprüche, da wir alle auch gerne mal Campen gehen.

Schöne und sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wer Ruhe braucht ist hier genau richtig.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2-6 Personen und ist auch für Hunde super geeignet. Trotz der Lage ist man relativ schnell an vielen Orten.

Ziemlich abgerockt
Die Abwicklung lief komplett online und war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das alte Bauernhaus mit großem Garten hat grundsätzlich Charme. Aber: Die gesamte Wohnung roch feucht und muffig. Keine Fenster im Wohn-/Schlafbereich, keine Fenster im Bad, dafür ein großes Geruchsproblem trotz permanenten Lüftens. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist ziemlich abgenutzt, klamm und teilweise möchte man einige Dinge in der Küche lieber nicht benutzen (z. B. Toaster). Wir können es leider nicht empfehlen.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder wenn es klappt. Schöner großer Garten mit Trampolin und Grillmöglichkeit. Wer Ruhe haben möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig!
Alles entsprechend der Beschreibung eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Hier findet man die Ruhe, die man braucht um zu entspannen. Auch wenn man für den nächsten Einkauf in den nächsten Ort muss, so muss man dennoch auf nichts verzichten. Die Natur ist direkt vor der Tür, da man dort u.a. regelmäßig mindestens ein Reh oder einen Rehbock antrifft.

Eine schöne und ruhig gelegenen Wohnung , mit viel Platz für Mensch und Tier .
Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig . Der Obstgarten ist ein super Auslauf für Mensch und Tier , die Vermieter sind stets bemüht und sehr nett .Leider mussten wir früher abreisen aber wir kommen wieder .

Schöne, große gepflegte Ferienwohnung
Sehr ruhig gelegen, war für uns perfekt. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden in allen Bereichen. Angenehm kühl innen, gut wenn es draussen heiß ist, es ist aber auch in jedem Bereich eine Heizung vorhanden für kühle Tage. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Eingang besser geht es nicht. Preis Leistungsverhältniss stimmt hier auf jeden Fall und wenn es uns wieder in den Norden zieht, kommen wir gern wieder hierher.

Einsamkeit pur
Die Ferienwohnung war im Inserat genau so beschrieben, wie wir sie auch vorgefunden haben. Die Anfahrt wäre ohne geeignetes Navi sehr schwer geworden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung war recht interessant. Wir haben uns das Eider-Sperrwerk, Büsum und Brunsbüttel angeschaut. Einen Tag haben wir in Hamburg verbracht. Da wir nur 3 Tage im Anschluss an einen Dänemark-Urlaub hier waren, können wir nicht allzu viel über Freizeitmöglichkeiten/Ausflügen berichten. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich.
