  • Enjoy your vacation in a top-quality new building from 2023/2024, right on the canal! A spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and adjoining large balcony welcomes you. Also on this floor, you'll find a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a guest toilet.

    Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.

    The bathroom is also located here. Like the entire apartment, it features underfloor heating.

    The apartment also includes a parking space for your car, and you can store your bicycles in your lockable garden shed.
