"I am a manual wheelchair user so upon arrival they upgraded me to a fully accessible room. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room had hardwood floors, low bed, padded shower chair, roll under sink and grab bars. The resturant is wheelchair accessible via the kitchen. The executive lounge in not wheelchair accessible. The airport shuttle is a sprinter van and not wheelchair accessible if you cannot transfer out of your wheelchair."

"Very clean and big room. Everything is new. It’s very close to the Kloten train station (3 minutes walk from the hotel). There are some supermarkets and restaurants nearby."

"Clean hotel, helpful staff. I liked the bar and the restaurant at the hotel. Also the rooms were spacious and clean. The pillows might need to be replaced at some point. But overall it was a great stay for the night between our flights. Great access to and from airport with the free shuttle."
