  • Directly on the waterfront apartment with great views over Lake Hainer. At the gates of Leipzig you will discover the restored nature. Let yourself be tempted by the tickling of the morning sun beds and catch the first enchanting images of the morning seascape. A tea or coffee will start your day, which offers many attractions. Go water skiing or use our own pedal boats, which you are welcome to borrow permanently or for a day trip. The lake suburb offers asphalted paths, so that cyclists and inliners, big or small, get their money's worth.
    If a cloud has moved in front of the sun, the short distance of 12 km to the city center of Leipzig offers a great balance. Numerous historical to modern sights are probably the hallmark of this small but magnificent and fine city.
    But if you prefer lazing around, this apartment offers plenty of opportunities to relax or cook in the spacious kitchen.
    For the rest, our guests value their self-catering. The refrigerator offers enough space for this. Please note, however, that we have waived an oven in the equipment.

Moderne u. angenehme Atmosphäre. Teilweise nicht besonders praktikabel; z.B. fehlen im Bad Abstellmöglichkeiten am Waschbecken und in der Dusche, im Flur Garderoben-Haken. In der Küche vermissten wir ein paar Kleinigkeiten, zum Beispiel Schüsseln oder eine Abtropf-Möglichkeit fürs Geschirr. Auf der wunderschönen Terrasse wäre ein Sonnenschirm nicht schlecht. Gut wäre bei der Präsentation im Netz auch, explizit auf die Bett-Situation hinzuweisen. 4 Personen sind möglich, aber nicht gut, weil das Sofa dann voll in Beschlag genommen werden muss, und auch so keine richtige Abgrenzung möglich ist. Mit Kindern ungünstig. Insgesamt hat es uns Eltern + 17 jähriger Tochter gut gefallen, der Blick auf den See ist überragend! Zu Zweit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Tretboot konnte man sich mit den anderen Urlaubern teilen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Super Lage, nach Leipzig knapp 25 min. Gerne wieder.

Ankommen, entspannen und genießen…

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick über den Hainer See ist grandios. Wir haben das am eigenen Bootssteg liegende Treetboot täglich genutzt. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Vielen Dank!

Am hauseigenen Steg kann man direkt ins Wasser oder Tretboot einsteigen, die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, traumhafter Blick vom Balkon, eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Insgesamt eine sehr ruhige Lage.

Perfekte entspannung

Meine tochter und ich haben die woche in dem perfekt eingerichteten appartment sehr genossen. Alles war sauber, alles war vorhanden. Super service mit dem tretboot! Der eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, auch die gute frau, die mir mein vergessenes tshirt zuschickt😉. Alles in allem- eine perfekte unterkunft um die füsse mal baumeln zu lassen. Auch die lage ist top.👍 uns hat es sehr gefallen. Empfehlenswert!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Sehr schönes Apartment, allerdings zu klein für 4 erwachsene Personen, da kein separater Schlafraum, sondern halbhohe Mauer und Schlafsofa. Für 2 Personen ist es toll. Schöne Terrasse, toller Blick. Generell ist es zu empfehlen

Top Lage

Spielplatz direkt in der Nähe und Restaurants sind auch vorhanden. Haben unseren Kurzurlaub genossen. Leider war das Schlafzimmer direkt im Wohnbereich , was ungünstig mit Kleinkindern ist. Unterkunft hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Rundum war es ein schöner Urlaub.

wohnung schick, modern und sauber, alles da was man braucht (ausser dass in der Dusche eine Seifenablage fehlt). Am Balkongeländer leider einige Spinnweben, Tisch aussen war nicht abgewischt, kein Sonnenschirm (allerdings ist der Balkon ab ca. 11:00 Uhr eh im Schatten des Hauses). Der See ist sehr schön, das Umland (aus unserer Sicht) landschaftlich nicht sehr reizvoll, wir allerdings eh nur hier um Leipzig zu besuchen. Leibzig auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert! Auf dem Weg dahin sollte man auch Markkleeberg einen Besuch erstatten, auch sehenswert.

Tolle Lage mit Haus direkt am Wasser. Das gibt es selten. Man kann von der Terrasse in den See spucken oder die Fische füttern. Trotzdem ein paar kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: 1) WLAN. Geschwindigkeit ist unterirdisch (trotz guter DSL Verfügbarkeit an der Adresse) 2) Bad-Tür knarzt 3) Eßtisch-Stühle ausgeleiert 4) Außensteckdosen stromlos 5) Sehr viele verschiedene Schlüssel

Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am Wasser. Super Ausstattung in Küche und co., wirklich sehr überdurchschnittlich. Auch auf dem großen Balkon gab es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Am Besten war allerdings das Tretboot, welches kostenlos von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden konnte. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Perfekt gelegene Immobilie

Wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit herrlichem Blick auf den Hainer See. Baden vom Bootsteg aus trotz Algen gut möglich. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Neeseenland.
