Our spacious holiday apartment spans the ground floor and the ground floor and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in approximately 120 m². Two balconies invite you to relax while offering a sheltered, stunning view of the lake and a direct view of the marina.

The bright living area features a cosy sitting area with a sleeper sofa for two additional guests, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

The apartment has three separate bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. On the upper floor is a large bathroom with a shower. An additional guest bathroom on the ground floor provides extra comfort.

A free private parking space is available for guests right in front of the house. A special highlight is the private dock, which invites you to relax by the water.

The location is also ideal for excursions in the surrounding area: buses and the S-Bahn provide good connections for day trips to cities, including Leipzig.
