Cosy Holiday Apartment “Meersburg” on Farm near Lake Constance

The well-furnished apartment “Meersburg” is situated on the “Ferienhof Sauter” farm outside of Neukirch, between Friedrichshafen and Wangen im Allgäu, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in the beautiful Lake Constance hinterland. The 35 m² apartment consists of a living area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite television, up to 2 baby cots (on request) and a highchair. The apartment has a balcony where you can start the day with a coffee and great mountain views, while the spacious communal outdoor area with open and covered terraces is ideal for breakfast or spending the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious barbecued dinners. You can enjoy the sunshine in the garden while your children rimop around the playground. In the village of Neukirch, a 4-minute drive (2.3 km) away, you will find a supermarket, a restaurant and cash terminals, and a bakery can be found 5 km or an 8-minute drive away in Neuravensburg. In the town of Wangen, a 13-minute drive (10 km) from Neukirch, there will be many shops, cafés, restaurants and pharmacies. The area offers numerous great hiking and cycling opportunities through scenic landscapes, and the popular hiking route “Hasenpfad” starts a 13-minute drive (8.7 km) from the apartment. In winter, a skiing area can be reached after 10.4 km or a 15-minute drive. The closest beach, where you can swim in the clear blue water of Lake Constance with lovely views of the Swiss Alps in the background, is a 21-minute drive (18.5 km) away, in Kressbronn. The pretty centre of Friedrichshafen, a 29-minute drive (22 km) from Neukirch, invites you to visit the Zeppelin museum, stroll about the lake promenades and explore its beaches. Furthermore, guided hiking tours are possible on request or you can explore the scenic, hilly area by bike, which can be provided by the homeowners.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A bread roll service can be provided. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
