Holiday Apartment “Friedrichshafen” near Lake Constance with Mountain View

The comfortable apartment “Friedrichshafen” is situated on the “Ferienhof Sauter” farm outside of Neukirch, between Friedrichshafen and Wangen im Allgäu, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in the beautiful Lake Constance hinterland. The 115 m² apartment extends over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with an additional single bed and one with 2 double beds and a sofa bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite television, up to 2 baby cots (on request), a children’s bed and a highchair. The apartment has a balcony where you can start the day with a coffee and great mountain views, while the spacious communal outdoor area with open and covered terraces is ideal for breakfast or spending the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious barbecued dinners. You can enjoy the sunshine in the garden while your children rimop around the playground. In the village of Neukirch, a 4-minute drive (2.3 km) away, you will find a supermarket, a restaurant and cash terminals, and a bakery can be found 5 km or an 8-minute drive away in Neuravensburg. In the town of Wangen, a 13-minute drive (10 km) from Neukirch, there will be many shops, cafés, restaurants and pharmacies. The area offers numerous great hiking and cycling opportunities through scenic landscapes, and the popular hiking route “Hasenpfad” starts a 13-minute drive (8.7 km) from the apartment. In winter, a skiing area can be reached after 10.4 km or a 15-minute drive. The closest beach, where you can swim in the clear blue water of Lake Constance with lovely views of the Swiss Alps in the background, is a 21-minute drive (18.5 km) away, in Kressbronn. The pretty centre of Friedrichshafen, a 29-minute drive (22 km) from Neukirch, invites you to visit the Zeppelin museum, stroll about the lake promenades and explore its beaches. Furthermore, guided hiking tours are possible on request or you can explore the scenic, hilly area by bike, which can be provided by the homeowners.

Eine megafreundliche Gastfamilie. Es gibt Brötchenservice, einen kleinen Hofladen und einen 24/7 Kühlschrank mit regionalen Produkten (u.a. frische Eier). Wir hatten leider keine Zeit für die Umgebung, da wir zur Messe waren. Zusammenfassend: perfekt

Super Gastgeber und Ferienwohnung

Ulrike war sehr hilfsbereit sie hat alles getan um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zumachen . Wir haben von ihr viele Insider tips bekommen was und wie wir das meiste zu sehen bekommen. Die Wohnung war tip top ! Würde auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und auch wieder eine Wohnung mieten wenn ich wiedermal in die Gegend komme .

Super Ferienwohnung, super Gastgeberin!

Pros: Großer Spielplatz, toller Hofladen, super Brötchen Lieferung. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles dabei was man brauchen könnte, sehr kinderfreundliche Ausstattung - alles in allem: kann ich nur empfehlen Cons: Dass wir nur so kurz Zeit hatten zu verweilen...^^

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit kleinen und großen Kindern

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Konnten sogar verspätet auschecken. Im Haus war ein Kühlschrank mit Kleinigkeiten fürs Frühstück und Getränke gegen eine Gebühr. Cons: Nichts

Entspannter Familienurlaub auf dem Bauernhof

Pros: Der Kinderspielplatz und die Tiere waren super für unsere Kinder. Die Babykatzen waren das absolute Highlight. Der eigene Hofladen ist auch sehr gut bestückt. Der Käse ist lecker und nur zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich eine sehr tolle Person, wir hatten schöne Gespräche. Cons: Das Sofa war nicht das gleiche wie auf dem Bild, was aber für uns eigentlich kein Problem war. Nur war das jetzige Sofa sehr hart und unbequem für uns, aber das ist auch Geschmackssache. Allerdings haben wir es auch nicht so häufig gebraucht.

Sommerurlaub auf dem Bauernhof

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, so kann man leicht viele Orte am Bodensee, sowie im Allgäu erreichen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett und gab uns gute Tipps von Orten, die man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Urlaub auf dem Biobauernhof mit sehr netten Gastgebern

14 Tage mit der Großfamilie in einer geräumigen Ferienwohnung zu einem bezahlbaren Preis. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen und auch bei Fragen standen sie uns stets zur Seite. Natürlich durfte auch der eine oder andere Plausch nicht fehlen. Gut und bündig, 5 Sterne und wir kommen wieder

Für 7 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung ausreichend groß, da eine große Küche und 2 Bäder vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist etwas klein, aber gemütlich. Zum Bodensee braucht man ca. 20min.

Ländliche Unterkunft mit einen besonderen Charme

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurden viele Wünsche erfüllt. Der Bauernhof hat seinen eigenen Charme mit Küchen, Katzen und zwei Esel. In der Ferienwohnung war alles zu finden was man benötigt. Wir reisten mit 5 Personen was uns sehr viel Platz in der großen Ferienwohnung erlaubte. Die Betten waren mir persönlich zu weich und quietscht etwas. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder und können den Bauernhof Sauter bestens empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für alles.
