The room was clean. Our AC was broke in our room. Not blowing at all so it was very hot. They were full so had no other rooms to move us to but the guy did bring us a fan that helped some. The bed was way too firm for me and hurt my back but other than that It was a nice hotel and a good stay.

We had a very poor experience. We were due to stop one night on our homeward bound trip after 2.5 weeks during in Europe We broke down 160 miles away and had to be put up in a hotel for two nights very traumatic When we contacted the hotel direct explaining they wouldn’t even talk to us we had to contact Expedia who tried their best to enable us to cancel with no charge but IHG hotel wouldn’t show any compassion or support and removed the full cost from my account within 2 hours of our coms with Expedia. To put a complete insult they forwarded an email asking how was our stay the next day. A full complaint will be sent to IHG who we have used many times but never again. We arrived home 2 days later.

Good place to stay.
Very good for an overnight stay. Air conditioning almost a "must have" when the temp.was 32© - very good.. Lifts up to rooms, which saves a bit of effort. Quiet rooms. Modern & tasteful room and showerroom. Very clean. Good choice for breakfast and a nice place to sit. Not sure how far it was to find a restaurant. Easy to find with sat-nav.

This hotel does eveything right.
This hotel does eveything right. It is warm all the time. Even though the room for breakfast is very big it is always warm which is important when you have kids The room is nice. The breakfast is very good. The staff are great. The bar prices for alcohol etc are very reasonable. Really impressed

A quick pit stop
We arrived late evening after a hard drive and were on the road again by 7.30a.m. We had a quick drink and went to bed. There was no food except for a snack machine when we arrived, but the breakfast was first rate. The staff were pleasant and the room was clean and well appointed. The location is only a few minutes from the motorway.

Great Hotel
A lucky find! Everything about our stay was top notch. I do not know the age of the facility, but it was gleaming. The bathrooms sparkled. Check in was easy. Breakfast was super. Great price. I wish we had found a few more hotels of this quality on our recent travels. Thanks Holiday Inn Express Neunkirchen.

Excellent, good quality hotel with friendly staff
Easy to find off the motorway, was better than we expected, extremely friendly staff with comfortable bed and good breakfast. Nice that there was a garden to sit in too with great car park and hotel was decorated well. We will be staying again!, as we travel between England and Slovenia.

great overnight stop for drivers to/from the UK.
the beds are a little soft. the check in was very quick. the car park didn't have enough spaces, but there was an overflow car park, also free. breakfast was good, but no cooked items. staff were polite and efficient....this is Germany. the area is functional, but the region is industrial, so don't expect much. easy to find, and 3 minutes from the motorway. watch out for the speed camera on the way down the hill near the hotel, just inside the 50 km/h zone!

The hotel had pleasant staff, a clean room, good breakfast and a large free car park. It is very close to Stumm's Brauhaus, where we ate and obviously had a couple of beers!

Overall it was a great hotel, the lady that helped us was extremely nice and the room was really clean and comfortable. I do recommend not doing a full size bed for two people, it was a bit small but that's not the hotels fault and I would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. It is ideally located close to the center of town where there are many restaurants ready to serve you with great food. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and the nice breakfast buffet was just what you need to get your day started.

We are bot happy on web side we book room for 2 adults and one child queen bed plus sofa bed When we arrvie to hotel they did not know we will came with child and we get standard room double with sofa ???

Good night’s sleep
Room was pleasant, clean and comfortable... modern and made great use of available space as the room was on the smaller side. The bed was amazing and I immediately fell asleep. Parking and check in were quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
