"Pros: Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin, auch unser Vierbeiner hat sich rundum willkommen gefühlt. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung für tolle Ausflüge! In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist alles zu finden, was man braucht!"

"Pros: Das Appartement war sauber und genauso, wie es inseriert war. Die Kommunikation war einwandtfrei und freundlich, es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Mädels waren froh mit dem Pferdehof vor der Tür. Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Balkon war wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht viel Platz benötigt. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und für die Kids gab es sogar eine kleine Überraschung."

"Leider kann ich nicht komplett bewerten, da wir nicht angereist sind. Wir hatten uns spontan entschieden, unsere Heimreise ohne Zwischenstopp, durchzufahren. Der Gastgeber selbst war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns alle Infos Zeitnah zukommen lassen. Vielleicht schaffen wir es ja doch irgendwann mal, uns in dieser Ferienwohnung niederzulassen. "

"The property is located about 3 km from the centre of Passau, but has excellent bus service with the Number 2 bus travelling every 30 minutes during weekdays (Cost: €2.50 per ride) There is an excellent bakery and grocery store nearby. "

"Pros: Wir sind aus Rostock, wohnen dort ca. 2 km von der Küste entfernt mit weitem Blick auf's Meer und die Schiffe, fahren aber dennoch immer wieder gerne in's Gebirge zu Christa Grabmeier - unserer liebenswerten Gastgeberin und mittlerweile wohl auch guten Freundin. Wir waren gemeinsam mit Hund hier für jeweils für 2 Wochen im Spätsommer 2011, 2013, 2014 und 2015, und dass wir oft die lange An- und Rückfahrt auf uns genommen haben, spricht eigentlich für sich. "Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them instead. We were really surprised at what all was included with the card and were wishing we had more time to make use of it. Definitely a bargain and we will be back! :-) Oh yeah, beautiful view as well! (We were on the 7th floor.)"
