Apartment "Stadtoase" in the center of Neustadt an der Weinstrasse

Our approx. 80 sqm apartment with terrace is located in a one-way street close to and within walking distance of the historic city center of Neustadt.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds; Both rooms naturally have wardrobes. A travel toddler bed with bedding is also available if required.
The modern bathroom has a large shower and washing machine.
Bedding and towels are included.
In the fully equipped open kitchen-dining-living area you can spend nice hours together.
The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance.
A storage space for bicycles is available inside the apartment and on the large terrace.
Free parking is available in front of the apartment or in the immediate vicinity.
Arriving by train is also not a problem; the walk from the train station to the apartment is about 5 minutes. The walk to the old town is 5 minutes.
Hiking trails and mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty are right outside the door.
Attractions such as B. the Hambach Castle (3 km) and the Speyer Cathedral (25 km), Deidesheim (8 km) or Heidelberg (50 km) are easily accessible.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen: Nach einer unkomplizierten Anreise, nicht zuletzt dank der guten Wegbeschreibung, erfolgte der Zugang zur Wohnung problemlos. Die Wohnung war liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen; in den ersten warmen Tagen konnten wir die wunderschöne Terrasse nutzen. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichten wir die Innenstadt und auch die Verkehrsanbindung an die umliegenden Ortschaften ist ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wirkliche Stadtoase

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war super renoviert. Besonders schön waren die große Wohnküche und die Terrasse, die von großen Pflanzen, z.B. Oleander umgeben war - toll, nicht nur für die Mahlzeiten. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Gewürze, sogar Tee und Kaffee u.a.). Das Badezimmer war groß und modern, hatte genügend Steckdosen und Ablage- sowie Aufhängemöglichkeiten; es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die ganze Wohnung war liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet/gestaltet. Im Schlafzimmer stehen u.a. ein Bett mit einer richtig guten Matratze (evtl. mittlerer Härtegrad) und sogar einem geräumigen Schrank. Super: Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage unterstellen. Die schöne Innenstadt von Neustadt ist ganz nah, mit den Fahrrädern in ca. 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Als wir da waren, war es über 40 Grad heiß, die Wohnung hat die Hitze gut draußen gehalten - unser Glück, so konnte man schlafen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der sehr netten Frau Fischer, der das Wohlfühlen der Gäste wichtig ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe unterwegs sind.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und sehr sauberen Unterkunft genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt als Startpunkt für Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen sowie Restaurantbesuche in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Alles war pickobello sauber. Die Terrasse gut zu nutzen. Treppensteigen muss man können. War aber auch so angegeben. Die Nähe zu City war sehr gut. Direkt in Bahnhof-Nähe, obwohl davon nichts zu hören war. Fußläufig 10-15 Minuten bis zu den Geschäften und Lokalen. Von hieraus wunderbar die Umgegend kennengelernt. Vermieter sehr nett und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, wenn man möchte.

Gute saubere Wohnung

Leider haben wir keinen Sommer, so war es in der Altbauwohnung sehr kalt. Die Gastgeber haben auf unsere Bitte nach der Heizung sofort reagiert und diese angeschaltet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Klare Empfehlung unserer seits.

Perfekter Pfalz-Urlaub

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und super eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und toll zum Bummeln, Essen und Trinken. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Neustadt buchen wir diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall wieder

Super Wohnung

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Stadtoase. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum oder schnell auf den Wanderwegen um z.b. nach Sankt Martin zu gehen. Auch der Weinkeller in der Wohnung ist ein Highlight. Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder

Gelungener Herbsturlaub in Neustadt

Schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem Altbau in Innenstadtnähe, nette Terrasse. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Fußgängerzone und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt in dieser komfortablen Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt! Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem in der Garage unterstellen. Die Ferienwohnung Stadtoase bietet zudem eine schöne Terrasse zum Sonnen! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung mit ihrer freundlichen Gastgeberin rundum empfehlen!

Eine etwas ungewöhnliche Wohnung , aber urgemütlich. Grosse, schöne Terrasse.In der Wohnung alles vorhanden. Es fehlt leider die Tür zum zweiten Schlafzimmer. Fußläufig ist die Stadt in 5 Minuten erreichbar, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr erholsame Tage. Den Vermietern ein dickes Dankeschön.
