Sehr schöne Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist in einer Nebenstrasse, zentrumsnah (nur 5 Gehminuten), in ruhiger Umgebung. Sie befindet sich in einem alten Haus und ist mit Geschmack und Pfiff eingerichtet. Man erreicht sie gut über eine Aussentreppe. Das und die Innentreppe sollte man beachten wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen und ein paar schöne Tage in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse zu verbringen. Die Fußgängerzone mit einigen Einkaufsläden, Kaffees und Lokalen erreicht man bequem. Der Gastgeber, Pasquale, ist sehr freundlich und hilfstbereit. Er gibt, bei Bedarf, nützliche Tips --> Essen, Trinken, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Uns hat das gefallen und geholfen. Dafür unseren Dank. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war einfach und angenehm. Das Check - in/out war problemlos. Wir können Gastgeber und Wohnung ohne Vorbehalt weiter empfehlen.

schnuckelige kleine Wohlfühloase

Pros: Das Fachwerkhaus ist wunderschön restauriert und total liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns ein absoluter Wohlfühlort !! Die schönen Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toll ist die ruhige Hinterhauslage mit wenigen Metern in die schöne, belebte Innenstadt. Gut ist auch der reservierte Parkplatz, der tatsächlich mehr Gehmeter entfernt ist als die Stadt. Von Kaffepads über Tee, Waschmaschine, Wlan, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer unterm Dach... - kaum ein Wunsch bleibt offen. Cons: Leider ist das 1,40 breite Bett relativ durchgelgen und die Matraze dadurch viel zu weich. Die steilen Treppen sind sicherlich nicht für jeden etwas. Die Küchenausstattung ist total ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub ohne große Kochsessions.
