Wonderful Place!!

This is an amazing apartment, that was new, modern, super clean, and absolutely beautiful. The view over the city is breathtaking. It is also only a couple of minutes away from the city center as well as the train station, very convenient location. The renters are very nice and let us stay a little longer beyond check out time since our train was not leaving until later in the afternoon. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

This location was a very convenient walk from the train station even with multiple pieces of luggage. The apartment is sleek and modern and minimalistic with stunning views of the cottages and rolling hills out every window. The bed was quite comfortable and though my sister mentioned that the couch was a bit too hard to sleep on. The gift of wine and sparkling water upon arrival was so appreciated after a long day of travel. We also walked around the area and ended up having one of the best meals of our lives. If you stay here, check out Bodega. Thank you to our hosts for the wonderful easy welcome and comfortable stay.

Waren für 10 Tage in der Wohnung - einfach zur Erholung und zum Relaxen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Nur 3 Min. von der Fußgängerzone entfernt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Shoppen, Wandern Ausflüge (Weinstraße, Bad Dürkheim, Speyer, Mannheim, Heidelberg alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar) Weihnachtsmarkt, Kaffees und Restaurants zur Auswahl und Wow alles toll ! Das Apartment lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist prima, zur Altstadt sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Parkplatz steht nicht zur Verfügung, aber ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen öffentlichen, kostenfreien Parkplatz ( mit Ladestationen für E-Autos).Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und reagieren umgehend auf WhatsApp, bei Fragen.Wir können das Apartment zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte die Unterkunft für meinen Schwager und seine Freundin gebucht und schon das 1. Telefonat mit Peter war überaus angenehm. Fazit der beiden Urlauber. Schon die Begrüßung und Schlüsselübergabe war herzlich.Die Wohnung war Phantastisch, tolle Lage, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Es ist keine Ferienwohnung sondern ein "ZUHAUSE"

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Habe die Wohnung für meine Eltern gemietet (75+), die uns mehrere Tage besucht haben. Sie waren rundherum begeistert und weit mehr als zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr höflich von einem Familienmitglied empfangen, der uns die Wohnung und die Ausstaffung zeigte. Die Wohnung selbst liegt nur wenige Geminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, ist absolut neu, liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet, technisch auf neuestem Stand und mit viel Geschmack (unserer Meinung nach) hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Wir sind uns einig, dass das die schönste Ferienwohnung ist, die wir bislang angemietet hatten. Die Vermieter selbst sind fürsorglich, höflich und stets erreichbar. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Perfekte Location

Das modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartement ließ keine Wünsche offen und erwies sich als optimale Basis für Ausflüge in Stadt und Region. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und begrüßte uns nicht nur mit netten Worten, sondern auch mit Kostproben regionaler Winzer. Ein gut ausgebautes Wander- und Radwegenetz beginnt quasi vor der Haustür, das schöne Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Frau und Herrn Braun. Moderne helle Wohnung mitten in Neustadt

Eine tolle sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem 2022 gebauten Mehrfamilienhaus. Angenehme Holzböden mit Fußbodenheizung und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Gastgeber haben uns mit Flasche Sekt und Wein aus der REGION begrüßt. Das war sehr nett. Zugang per Lift. Einzig ein Wlan Zugang hat bei gut gedämmten Haus gefehlt (kommt aber bestimmt noch)

Top Appartment in bester Lage

Das Appartment der Familie Braun wurde gerade erst fertiggestellt und ist geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, es fehlt an nichts, selbst eine Nespresso Maschine ist vorhanden. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch einen netten kleinen Balkon. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Check in verlief unkompliziert. Wir waren mit allem mehr wie zufrieden.
