Welcome to the app. 1 in the Eggert house, this bright and cozy 1-room non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st Floor of a 3-family house and has a large balcony facing south-west. In the combined living room and bedroom there are 2 separate beds (0.9m x 2m), which also serve as seating, and a dining area. There is a small kitchen and a shower room. From the living room there is also a furnished balcony. A parking space is available at the house. Bicycles brought along can be parked. There is a cozy garden corner with barbecue facilities at the house. Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring beach towels.

The Eggert holiday apartments are located on the top floor (1st Floor) of an apartment building in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken, a district of Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, restaurants, shops and public transport can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Alles sehr gut

Ich wurde freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung wie beschrieben und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Vermieterin hat oft nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und auch gute Tipps gegeben was man für Unternehmungen machen kann. Das Bett war bequem. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen
