Smell in bathroom was disaster. All the rest was simply great, service, food, staff. Challenge to find free parking especially for such good hotel.

The hotel had a few dedicated staff. Most could not talk with us. Some took a parental attitude instead of treating us like adult guests. This was NOT a 4-Star property.

Great location near U-bahn and Schönbrunn Palace - definitely recommend for exploring Vienna. Room was clean and well presented. Limehome were great with communication through email and provided all information ahead of arrival. Early check in for free was available too.
