Maison Padrig: country house between Paris and the Loire castles

Located 1h40 from Paris by car (or 1h by train), this spacious house, which can accommodate up to 10 adults, is ideal for your stays with friends or family. It has been completely renovated after nearly three years of work.

This 280 m² house has 5 bedrooms and a magnificent living space on the ground floor overlooking the garden. It is located 25 minutes from Chartres and less than an hour from the Loire Valley castles.

Accommodation:
Maison Padrig is equipped to meet all your needs: a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen, accessories for children and babies, essential items such as shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and kitchen essentials (salt, coffee, sugar, etc.), as well as board games to liven up your evenings.

The swimming pool is heated from May to September.

You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity:

• Bonneval (15 minutes by car): organic shops, bakeries, butchers, supermarket.
• Local products (5-15 minutes): a distributor at 23 rue d'Orléans in Sancheville and La Ferme de Marie-Thérèse Pousse in Nottonville, famous for its goat's cheeses and cider.

Restaurants to discover:
- La Prasvillerie (15min by car)
- le Moulin de Ponceau (30/35min by car)
- le Bistrot Racine (30/35min by car)

The region is full of treasures to discover:

• Hiking and cycling in the surrounding countryside.
• Kayaking or canoeing on the Loir in Bonneval.
• Fruit and vegetable picking in Seresville.
• Visits cultural attractions, such as Chartres Cathedral, Maison Picassiette and the Loire Valley castles.

Traveller access
Self-check-in: a few days before your arrival, you will receive a message with all the necessary instructions, including the code for the key box to access the house.

Please observe the following guidelines:

1. No smoking indoors.
2. Use the placemats available during meals.
3. For safety reasons, please do not enter the outdoor buildings.

Cleaning fees, including bed linen, towels and other essentials, are already included in the price of your stay for your comfort and tranquility. In return, we thank you for taking care of the house as if it were your own, in order to preserve this welcoming space for all our travellers.
