It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"The owners were suuuppppper nice, had tips for us, always responding and helpful. The place is in gorgeous quiet area. You cannot walk from there anywhere, you need your transportation. We were on motorcycles - gas station was 3 min away, right next to it was a beautiful grocery store, that can get you started. Then you just have to know the area and what you want to visit. "Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten Gäste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."
