Had a great time with our family of five. Home was clean, comfortable and modern in a nice, walkable neighborhood. The well-appointed kitchen and large dining table made it perfect for entertaining extended family, as well.

This house was amazing. It was so nicely decorated and had all that you need for a great stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck in the peaceful mornings and watching the sun go down through the trees in the evening. It was close to both Grass Valley and Nevada City main streets, plus plenty of stores & restaurants.

Great property! Host was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s just like the pictures and it pretty much had everything we needed! Easy to get to the historic districts of both Nevada City and Grass Valley. Grocery stores aren’t far and there are several trails in the area as well. Would definitely stay here again.
