The cabin has been extensively remodeled with hardwood floors, leathered granite, stainless appliances, and other upgrades. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it perfect for any season. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying quiet moments, this enchanting cabin offers a peaceful escape. Just next to the property is a 4x4 road that goes to one of the best and most peaceful spots to relax on the Yuba River, "Jones Bar." Jones Bar has challenging access so it's not as crowded as many Yuba spots. UTV excursions for up to 4 people to the Yuba can be arranged pending host availability, or bring you own 4x4 with clearance. The cabin is 15 minutes from downtown Nevada City or Grass Valley.
