"The (Aspen Tower) room was clean, well furnished, and in most respects comfortable. My only serious complaint is that the thermostat for heat was capped at 74 degrees. That's ok i guess for someone younger, but too cold for me. Someone from engineering looked at it but his only suggestion was to switch to another room which i doubt would have helped. I've seen this before. There is a switch buried in the thermostat that limits the setting. He said he would talk to his manager, maybe to get permission to fix it, but I never heard back from him. I don't know about the other restaurants, which are likely good, but forget the buffet. I went on Saturday night and it was not only very limited but almost nothing seemed fresh. It MIGHT be worth half the price. Staff, except for the engineer, was very pleasant and professional. No bar soap or small bottles, just attached bulk generic containers. Walk-in shower was nice except that a grab bar would have made it a little safer, for me anyway."

"The hotel was great: clean, with welcoming staff, a fun casino, and no parking issues. What I didn't like was that my room was already paid for; when I arrived, I still had to pay fees. I got an upgrade for 19.00 a day, which was fine, but I was charged a 100.00 deposit and was looking at paying over 200.00. I asked for a receipt to be mailed to my email at checkout, and I still have not received it."

"Everything was exactly as described. Lots of time and thought went into this rental unit. You and see and feel the pride the owner has in this rental.The kitchen has everything you would need. Everything is like new, easy to use, easy to find. Very detailed but easy to use information about the coffee maker, local stores and restaurants. A map was included in the renters notebook.Every room has an individual mini-split unit. Easy to set to your individual comfort. This home is so clean, decor makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door! Nice bed, lots of pillows. Small closet, but lots of upgraded hangers. Chest with nice size drawers.The location is fantastic! Lots of street parking. Cute garden area to relax in.The owner is very accessible. Responds very quickly to any questions you might have.This is the Best rental I have ever rented!!I would recommend it."
