"The hotel has a perfect location; everything is available within a block or two (groceries, cafés, restaurants, excellent bakery) . The room was quiet, with the balcony shaded by trees on the street. The room was exquisitely clean, and well appointed, the bed, very comfortable. My only reservation is about communication: it is somewhat difficult to get someone to communicate with."

"Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I have had with an accommodation. Not sure how much they paid for the other five 5 star reviews but it is certainly not a 5 star accommodation. The elevator broke after riding it up to our 5th floor apartment, stranding us there. Luckily we found the emergency stairway at the other end of the apartment. The reception closes at 5:00pm and doesn’t open until 9 am and the emergency help desk did not respond to our messages for help, just sent out...
