The front desk is truly helpful - I was able to book the shuttle service with the hotel and then helped booked the Green Tour. The room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is very well located, and the room was clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, since all the rooms are on the first floor and the rooftop bar is located directly above them, we slept very poorly every night. We could only fall asleep after the bar closed, which was after midnight. There was a lot of noise from people walking around and chairs being dragged across the floor, and there was no sound insulation at all.

Ata on the front desk was really helpful. We enjoyed our stay but our room was a bit cramped, we didn't have a shower curtain, and the restaurant was noisy just the other side of our windows. Parking was a real problem with our rental car. Breakfast was great, location was central and we walked to the Open Air Museum and down Pigeon Valley. Since we l ft early the last morning, staff got us lunch as compensation. We didn't even ask - they just arranged it!

Excellant hotel, i checked in at 12am and only had to wait 10 minutes for the reception to get there. Great location, tons of dining options and shops around. Loved that my room connected to the rooftop terrace through the window. The turkish breakfast was free and incredible, such a big portion of bread, fruits, sauces, and an omlette. The staff were incredibly friendly! Only downside was that the hot air balloon got cancelled two days in a row, and the town wasnt entertaining enough for me to extend my stay just to chance the wind weather. Also, literally got picked up at 4am and driven to the field just to wait 20 minutes and then told it was cancelled. Not the hotels fault at all, but do be aware that it may happen!

Excellent breakfast! Tuna and staff are attentive and generous with their Turkish breakfast. Location is the best - so easy to access restaurants and places of interest. Everyone is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

3 kisilik odada kaldık, temizdi. Oda büyüklüğü bizim icin yeterliydi. Kahvaltı yetersizdi bizce, 3 kişi oldugumuz halde 2 kisilik kahvaltı servis edildi sonra da "istediğiniz ürünü yenileyebiliriz" dendi ama peyniri domatesi vs.yi tek tek mi sayacagiz, baştan 3 kisilik hazirlanmasi daha mantıklı olurdu. Onun dışında otelin konumu merkeziydi, o yönden civarı yürüyerek gezmek için de uygundu. Bir de turlar icin yardımcı oluyorlar, biz atv turu onerilerinden yararlandik cok memnun kaldık

Siisti majoituspaikka lähellä hyviä kulkuyhteyksiä, ravintoloita ja moni käyntikohde kävelyetäisyydellä. Huoneiden siisteydestä pidettiin hyvää huolta. Hotellin kattoterassi oli loistava kuumailmapallojen katselupaikka. Aamupala oli tyypillinen turkkilainen, monipuolinen, mutta aina samanlainen. Kehitettävää olisi ollut keittiön ja baarin henkilöstön asiakaspalveluhenkisyydessä. Asiat kyllä hoituivat, kunhan asiakas muisti pyytää palvelua. Välillä keittiön ja baarin henkilöstö näytti hieman väsyneeltä. Muuten loistava kokemus.
