Great Cave Hotel

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. Emre was very helpful with our special request at breakfast. He made our day by getting lots of vegetarian options for our group. One of our room had private Hamam. Views of the balloon in the morning from the terrace were amazing. Not close view of the balloons but great panoramic views.

Cave stay

Had a very enjoyable three day stay in the cave. Mustafa and the team were great and provided a room upgrade but the whole area seemed to have good views of the valley and very spacious.

Luxurious accommodations in a cave setting that offers the best of cappadocia in terms of food, location, hospitality and amazing views! We were upgraded to a bigger suite as a gesture of friendliness. The hotel also provides travel services-an added bonus. Staff members were warm and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The property was nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. If I had one complaint, since the room doesn’t have air conditioning and it is sort of built into the caves, the rooms get musty and warm since there is no circulation of air. It’s really noticeable after taking a shower. But that’s a minor complaint and wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

This Property is amazing, very well localized in Cappadocia. But the greatness comes from the people that do no measure efforts to you to have an absolute amazing experience. Good property and decent rooms. Too many bees compared to other hotels in the area - assuming they don’t insecticide or not as well at least. More importantly, rooms are way too hot. AC’s in the rooms are not sufficiently strong to cool down. Room was always +25 deg C despite AC working max power for 3 days.

This is an amazing place in a very special location in the middle of Cappadocia. The rooms are imbedded in the mountain are decorated with great taste, simple and fitting with the surroundings. One rarely finds such a beautiful place. All of Cappadocia is within 20min drive and you can even see the balloons from the rooms in the early morning.

Although the property looks nice from the outside, the inside is in very poor condition. Our room had no AC and despite multiple complaints to the very rude staff, all they said was that can put a fan or 2 in the room. Then when we tried asking for water, they tried charging us money for the water. In addition, we had reserved the private pool with a view room and it was anything but private. Workers and staff kept coming through our private area without knocking or me or my wife’s consent multiple times. The breakfast buffet was very limited and they were very stingy with the portions. I paid over $2000 for 3 nights and the staff/property did nothing to help us with our 28 degree Celsius room I reserved for my honeymoon. Completely ruined me and my wife’s experience and time in Cappadocia

Güzel bir deneyimdi odalar çok güzel. ancak haziranın sonu olmasına rağmen otelin ortak kullanım alanlarında çok üşüdüm. rüzgar çok rahatsız etti. kahvaltı alanına bunun için cam panel yapılmalı ya da içeride kahvaltıyı imkanı sunulmalı. bu beni rahatsıs etti.onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi.

Beautiful property, with amazing views from room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
