Carpet was stained and dirty. Internet was so slow and couldn’t stream anything. TV’s screen size is small and couch really needs to be changed."

"The room was filthy. Very negleted r/m. Couldn't access crockery as the fridge was blocking the door. Drain in the bathroom was so foul I had to cover it with a towel. Curtains were attached to the rod with cable ties. A room smoke alarm was going off all night for the want of a new battery. This place needs to be closed down."
