We enjoyed our stay here for the Thanksgiving Holiday. House is nice/comfortable. Location is very convenient for activities around New Bern. Very large fenced back yard for those with pets. Thank you, to the hosts.

This is the second stay at this location and it was even better the second time around. They had decorated for Christmas prior to our arrival. The house is perfect for up to 6 people. Fenced in backyard. Washer and dryer. You will love this place.

We had a great experience. The house was perfect for us. Close to things we needed. We did some exploring. If we visit again we will more than likely stay here again!

It was a nice place and fit our needs. The only thing wrong was the floor in the bathroom where the toilet is and between the toilet and shower is really soft and feels like your going to fall through.

We spent a long weekend with our daughter and son-in-law attending a family reunion. We were able to bring our two dogs with us and they loved having a large, fenced yard in which to run around and play. The house was clean and comfortable for four adults. Would recommend this property as a centrally located home away from home.

It was just what we needed for the amount of space and being close to the medical center. It is in close proximity to many businesses. Having a fenced yard was a big perk (has a hole that needs attention and would have been nice if it had been mowed). Recommend this location.

The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. My dogs are my babies and I needed a place where I knew they would be safe and have space to run. Huge backyard, nice neighbors and plenty of space. Quiet and quaint. It's in a prime location ,close to everything, Food, stores, downtown....etc. When I return I will be renting here again.

Property was just as described, and then some. Well appointed in general and nicly decorated for the Christmas season. Easy access to New Bern and highway system to quickly get you anywhere you might want to go. Restaurants and grocery in easy walking distance. Property owner was easy to contact and very responsive. House was clean and comfortable...just like home.

The house was clean and spacious. It was my husband and mother who accompanied me and our 4 dogs and we weren't falling over each other. The backyard is large and my babies felt right at home. It is close to everything, stores, restaurants and downtown. My sister lives in town and it was very close to her as well. The neighbors were pleasant, even the next door dog made friends with my pups. Very enjoyable stay. I will be back.

We needed some place that was close to the hospital and it was extremely convenient. House was clean, had updated appliances and the beds were comfortable. Nice size fenced yard (grass needed mowing and fence had a hole). Floor is uneven and might be a problem for the elderly. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Don’t let the outside of the house deceive you. While it looks small the house has been total renovated and is very functional. The furniture and beds are great and the location is fantastic. Seems like everything is within a 10 minute drive. The biggest problem we had was the TV. The world is changing and streaming is the hot ticket. Problem is if you don’t have your own accounts to Fubo, You Tube or others services there is no network TV for news or sports. We use cable and this was a big shock. All we watched was Netflix. Also they need more glassware like juice glasses, wine glasses and other glassware. We drank our wine out of coffee cups. Finally the Keurig coffee machine is handy but having a drip coffee maker option would be nice.. Overall this house worked fine for our short visit and we enjoyed our stay.

Fenced in yard for dog would have been great minus the husky next door. Living area needs a clock and the front screen door catches on the step. But house was clean and they supplied all essentials, we were happy to see the Keurig machine with coffee and creamer!

House was very inviting, clean, layout was perfect! Issue we had was regarding the flooring. Several soft spots throughout the house. Especially the bathroom, throwing you off balance, one member almost fell into tub due to this. You could feel and hear the floor breaking underneath your feet. If elderly was with us, this could have been a danger. Reached out to owners, and no reply. Other than that issue we enjoyed our stay.

We came to New Bern to visit family and see the local Christmas lights. This was a great place to stay because we have a small dog, and we did not want to worry about him staying in a hotel room while we were out exploring. This property has a large fenced in back yard, which was great for our dog to run off some of his energy. The house was very clean and well kept and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the Keurig and coffee selections as well as the granola bars and oatmeal that were available. New Bern is a very dog friendly town so we had fun taking him out on the town during the day.

Very close to downtown New Bern in a neighborhood right off a main road which made my visit and drive easy. The property was well maintained, clean, decorated cute and had a fully fenced yard. I would definitely stay here again.
