A seasonal wood-burning fireplace adds character to the living space, while a smart TV with cable, a comfortable chair, and an ottoman create a relaxing place to settle in after a day of exploring. The full kitchen features cozy corner cabinetry with barn door-style accents, a single-serve coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with seating for four provides a comfortable space for meals, games, or planning the next day's adventures.



This studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a queen size murphy bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo with a jetted Whirlpool tub.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal washer and dryer available in the closet in the breezeway of the building.

• Lot parking for 1 vehicle available. Additional overflow parking available in the gravel lot at the Northeast corner of the property.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• This home is one of the downstairs guestrooms of the second building on the right as you enter the property.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is a sister unit to other units in the building.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• Fireplace guards provided.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
