Loved the location, the place is super clean, very nicely decorated and spacious. Super easy and accessible to check in and check out. Great parking and 3 min walking distance from everything. Also, has a nice, tranquil walkway down to the river. Highly recommend.

Gruene Hall concert

We were 2 couple in town for a Gruene Hall show. Condo was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and location was fantastic. Parked cars and didn’t use them again until we left. Would absolutely stay here again if I am back in Gruene overnight.

Loved being in the town of Gruene and walking to everything! We only had 4 but there was def room for 6 comfortably. Pool was small but nice. Everything we needed in the kitchen!

Location! Location! Location! You can park and walk everywhere; lunch, dinner, lots of unique boutiques to shop, live music, Gruene Hall and the Guadalupe River. We will definitely be back!

Friend’s Wedding

We came to Texas for a wedding. We were so surprised when we arrived at our place in the small town of Gruene. What a fun place and the accommodations were amazing too. Our deck/patio overlooked the river. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Thanks so much. We would love to come back.

Great music!

We selected this stay because we could walk to Gruene Hall. We purchased tix to see Lyle Lovett many months ago and were somewhat concerned about weather. Never dreamed it would be sunshine and 80 degrees! This location was great! We didn’t have to worry about parking which was perfect since everybody in Texas came to Gruene this weekend! The space was as described, clean, no issues at all. Thank you!

Great location!

The location of the apartment is wonderful as you are minutes to downtown Gruene, music and restaurants. There is a small pool which is nice and the river down behind the apartment. The kitchen has only the basics if you want to make a meal - no kitchen table - which would have been nice to play games. Evolve (the VRBO host) never responded to my questions. But seriously the location can't be beat!!

Location was the best part, you can walk to everything, restaurants, shops, etc. The condo it’s comfortable a lot of beds for sleeping . Kitchen was packed with basic stuff to make meals, but they don’t have keurig was a surprise for us lol. They do have a traditional coffee maker. We really can’t complain, was a good stay, at night could be little loud because the location people walking around very often.

Impeccable- start to finish!

I cannot say enough about this property, our “boots on the ground” contacts, the owner, Jake, and the folks at Evolve! The location is everything! Walking distance to everything in Gruene. The first floor condo was a great location and still felt very secure and safe! Deer visited us on the back balcony every morning and night! The condo is very clean and had great Red Dirt concert posters and Texas themed decor. Cute, considerate touches like providing black wash cloths for makeup removal! Beds were comfy! Water pressure is great. The pool is clean and the water was crisp and cool. River access is fantastic!!! We even lunched at one of the picnic tables by the river one day. You can see the Rockin’ R river entrance from the Village river access point. This adorable 3-bedroom is perfect for families, couples, or a fun girls’ weekend. Our teen girls loved visiting the shops on their own. We had a friend from England with us. It was her first time to do a “Texas” vacation: ride the Guadalupe River and two-step at Gruene Hall. We are Houston residents and our home was without electricity and had roof damage from Hurricane Beryl. We needed to add another night at the last minute. Everyone was courteous, professional, and swift to accommodate us. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
