Family Friendly Country 3 Bdrm w/ Screened-In Porch and Full Kitchen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the company of the birds and deer that visit often. Centrally located near Lake Dunlap, you will be just minutes from downtown New Braunfels, Historic Gruene, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and the Comal and Guadalupe rivers.

This beautiful country-style home features a spacious screened-in patio that overlooks the mature oak trees that shade an outdoor deck and a two-person hammock. With a full kitchen, laundry room, and pantry; this home offers a relaxing getaway for families without giving up the amenities of your home.

Along with the whole home, guests will have access to the shared common space on the property that features deck seating shaded by mature oaks, a double hammock, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a tire swing, and more!

Upon arrival of your stay, you will be contacted with the unique access code for the smart lock. If you need anything during your stay don`t hesitate to reach out.

Hadley`s House is our largest rental available at 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Creed`s Cottage fits right in the middle with its ability to sleep 5 between the master bedroom, loft, and living room, while Dean`s Den and The Maverick are our modern A-frame one-bedroom studios. If you are interested in renting out all of Four Oaks for a small wedding, family trip, or reunion - just send us a message!

4. Four Oaks guests may only use the parking space assigned to them, and may not enter or park along the fire access road. If you need additional parking, please contact your host.

5. Only the allowed number of guests defined in the booking are allowed to stay at the home you have booked. If it is found other guests are staying at the home without permission from hosts, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

6. Missing towels will be charged at $20/towel

Outstanding Getaway

We would definitely stay here again. The property was amazing, the area was very quiet. The house had many amenities. It was very warm and inviting. Very easy to get to New Braunfels locations and Guerne. There was lots of room for all of us to enjoy the house and have space for ourselves. It made for an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway!

We basically used the house for sleeping and showering. Were out most of the day at sisters lake house 2 blocks over. Very welcoming property and host always responded quickly and professionally.

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway

Immediately after we booked, Rachel reached out with all the details we needed. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the property. Needless to say, it had everything we needed and more. The kids loved building a fire for s’mores, the tire swing, and lounging in the hammock. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great Spot

The location was great, right next to the dowtown area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very close to Schliterbaun. We enjoyed the fire pit and the corn hole game.

We had a great time at Hadley's House!

We had a great stay at this house in New Braunfels. The house is about 15 minutes outside of town in a quiet area. There were other people staying on the property, but the house is very private, and other than seeing their cars we had no idea they were there. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and snacks. We used this house as a home base for exploring the area including Schlitterbahn, tubing the Comal, and outlet mall shopping. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
