About this property

Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in Town.

  • This great condo is in a fantastic location. Located about 50 yards from the Comal River and about three blocks from the center of New Braunfels. One mile to Schlitterbahn. 3.8 miles to to Gruene, TX.

    This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all guests.

    Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per animal per stay.

    I am the owner of this condo and it is a full time short term rental.

    There is a nice elevator to this condo.

    No extra guests, visitors or pets without owner approval. Sorry, no service annimals.ive had too many problems. Thank you.

No extra visitors, guests, or pets without owner approval. Wristbands (for river area) for total number of guests will be on countertop at checkin.
Do general pickup and take trash out before checkout. Rinse off dishes and start dishwasher. If you brought a pet clean and or sweep all dog hair.
Fireplace is out of order and not to be used at anytime. Parking is first come first serve. Parking pass will be on kitchen counter after checkin.
