Centrally located, only 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels, Seguin, Lake McQueeney, Lake Dunlap, & the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. This home is perfectly situated between Austin and San Antonio in the heart of Texas BBQ country and ready for your relaxation and adventure!

This space is a newly renovate home directly off of HWY 46, directly in the middle of New Braunfels & Seguin. This home gives you fast and easy access across New Braunfels, Seguin, Canyon Lake, Austin, San Antonio, & other surrounding areas during your visit.
