The condo was perfect for our family and extended family’s spring break trip. The location and convenience of the property as well as the size and decor of the property was great. This property will not disappoint. The condo was super clean when we arrived. I appreciated the extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The location is amazing. Gruene is such a neat spot to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Gruene summer get away!

This place is really nice! Brand new units with a great outdoor section of the property with an awesome section of the Guadalupe right in your backyard. Mark was a great host and made every effort to make us feel welcome and cozy during our stay. 100% recommend to anyone with the location being the cherry on top.

Short walk to Gruene Hall. If you are floating the river, going to Gruene Hall or just vacationing this place is great. I’ve stayed at several VRBO’s in Gruene over the years and this is as nice as any I’ve stayed. Upon leaving, leave enough time to strip beds, load and run dishwasher, put towels and sheets in a pile and take out trash.

This property was wonderful, as was the host. Property is exactly as described and even had a touch of Christmas decor for the season - such a thoughtful touch. We had our 18 mo old grandson with us and the host allowed us to check in early for him to nap - very generous of him. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Quiet and good location

This condo is in GRUENE, but across the river. It was nice and quiet but yet in walking distance. This is also a good handicap friendly condo. No stairs and a nice big walk in shower. The river is just down a flat trail and is a relaxing spot to just chill. Great place to relax and be close to all the restaurants and shops in Gruene!

Everything was new, clean and organized. The location is excellent very nice property. There was an issue with the AC in the guest bedrooms never would cool off. Contacted the owner upon check out to let him know for future guest. He looked into it right away and messaged me back. We would most definitely stay here again.
