"For what looks like a new construction it wasn’t very clean or well maintained, mini fridge was super loud as were housekeepers early in the morning, talking one to another, very disturbing, we got to the hotel at 4 AM and wanted to rest but it wasn’t possible"

"I wish there was a no-star review because my experience was absolutely horrible. As soon as I entered the room, I was hit by a terrible smell. The door was jammed, making it difficult to open it at all times. Inside, the beds were covered in hairs they were dirty and staine, making them look disgusting. The microwave was extremely dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was equally disgusting, with all the corners filled with hairs and stains, and something yellow. It was just gross. The bathtub was peeling off and covered in paint, as if it had been painted over instead of cleaned. The towels were so disgusting that I didn’t even want to touch them; they had blood stains and were incredibly dirty. The windows were stained, and the property itself was so gross. The elevator smelled nasty, and there were bugs in the ceiling. The pool was dirty, as you could tell by the water. The nightlights were missing bulbs, and one of them was not working. The light switch was broken. Honestly, I’m never returning here again. It was so bad that I didn’t even want to use the restroom or wash my hands. The sink had water from where it was clogged up. I strongly advise against staying here. It’s not what’s pictured on the internet and is not worth your money. Don’t even bother on staying here."

"Everything was great! Alisha Bell was excellent and even offered to go get cream from the nearby store when they ran out! We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen or laundry but there was a full size fridge in the suite! The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor bench in a covered area but that's a nice to have not a need to have!"
