About this property

Quaint, Cozy, Spacious, Airy ...one of Gruene's favorites.

  • Spacious guest room with king size bed; and sitting area; includes full private bath with shower. It is attached to the main residence but has a separate private entrance, NO ACCESS to the main house) w/ and does have separate parking.
    There is a mini kitchenette area that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. ( Coffee pods are included).
    The Barn Room is only a mile away from activities in Gruene, including live music, dancing; shopping and numerous restaurants with great menus. 10 Minutes to Tanger Outlet Mall; 5 minutes to downtown New Braunfels; 40 minutes to Austin and 30 minutes to San Antonio Riverwalk.
