The outdoor space is designed for making memories—fire up the BBQ, play a game of corn hole, relax on the covered patio, or gather around the firepit under the stars. There’s even a hammock for the ultimate lazy afternoon. Firewood kits are available for sale on-site for your convenience.

We use high quality linens in our bedrooms and the main-level bathrooms have been remodeled in 2025! Free on-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, with overflow parking nearby for $15/vehicle.

Take some time to explore Overlook Park or Comal Park, or even the famous San Marcos outlets. Grocery stores and gas stations are located nearby.

Great option on the River

Loved the water access, kitchen, and views. Close to canyon lake and shops/groceries. Bathrooms are dated and a new tub surround would be a nice upgrade.

We came with my brother and his family my sister in-laws brother and wife and my cousin and her family .. I have 3 special needs kids and this was such a great property for them.. and all ages. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there! We will definitely be returning!

Nice for a short stay.

Tv needs upgrading. Difficult to operate. Cannot read code numbers on door. Had difficulty locking from outside. Bunk room is downstairs separate from main living area .Relaxing and peaceful

River

Great place right on the river lots of stairs! But big rock ledge in River kids played on . The bunk room is on bottom level not accessible to the rest of the house, but by outside stairs. Just fyi . Clean and easy to access. Plenty of towels! Parking little bit tricky you can only have 3 vehicles ( including visitors), they have extra parking about 1/2 mi down road for $15.00. We had a great time!!
