Perfectly positioned right next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark and offering private access to the Comal River, this cozy stay keeps you steps from all the action—whether you’re tubing the day away or exploring the heart of town.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious room with charming fishing-inspired décor, two plush queen beds, and a convenient kitchenette for easy meals or midnight snacks. You’ll also have an in-room washer and dryer, making it simple to keep swimsuits and towels fresh between adventures.
The location couldn’t be more ideal—the Master Blaster ride is directly across the street, the river shuttle stop is nearby, and several tube outfitters are within walking distance, so getting on the water is effortless.

These are to be worn to use the amenities on property. -Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival) -For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st. --Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc) No smoking No pets No Parties or Events
