Water levels on the Guadalupe River may vary throughout the year due to weather and dam-controlled releases. Conditions may occasionally affect tubing, swimming, and river access. These factors are outside our control, and specific water levels cannot be guaranteed during your stay. You are encouraged to plan ahead and check current river conditions if water activities are an important part of your visit.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A 4% processing fee is non-refundable.
* Cancel 30+ days before arrival → 96% refundable
* Cancel 14+ days before arrival → 46% refundable
* Cancel within 14 days → non-refundable

A refundable $500 security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is a temporary hold on your card used to cover any damages during your stay. The deposit is fully released after checkout, provided no issues are reported.
