With handcrafted Maple Island logs, a Rumsford fireplace, and three finished levels, the home opens to a private backyard anchored by a heated pool, full cabana, hot tub, and sport court for pickleball and basketball. Screened porches and a firepit gathering area create an atmosphere that’s as welcoming outside as it is indoors.
THE SPACE
At the heart of the home, a dramatic great room is framed by exposed beams and a two-story stone fireplace. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Note: Pool is fully open and safe for guest use. While you may notice some discoloration on the pool floor, it is purely cosmetic and does not affect water quality or cleanliness. A full resurfacing and re-tiling is scheduled for the fall. In the meantime, guests are welcome to enjoy a fully functional pool, as well as the year-round hot tub for ultimate relaxation.
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

Pets are not allowed at this home.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
