  • 103 N., a brand new luxury built, designer-owned, home downtown with year round heated pool. 6 beds, 6 baths, 3 living spaces each with a 75” TV, game room, 3 seasons room and an amazing bunk room. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, Stray Dog, Brewsters, Beer Church and Nancys. Relax in the heated pool, play ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, corn hole, board games or work on a puzzle. Grill at home and never leave, you name it 103 N. has everything to have a wonderful vacation.
    The space
    The house was built and curated for families and friends to enjoy. Three floors with three separate living spaces to enjoy time together with different activities along with an additional game room for fun. The three seasons room is perfect for lounging or having a meal while watching the kids in the pool. The location can’t be beat, in town with access to all the best New Buffalo has to offer.
