Incredible wildlife viewing with bald eagles, osprey, blue heron, geese and herds of deer. 15 minute access to multiple mountain biking trails, golf courses, US Forest properties, and Glenwood Hot Springs. This property is over 13 acres in size and allows guests
    to bring campers or RV’s. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Incredible oversize back deck with bbq, chairs, sofas. Modern remodeled kitchen. One level 1800 sq.ft. House

This place is a little slice of Heaven! The home is so beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well appointed. The views of the range, the river and the sunset from the back deck are spectacular!! From the moment we booked, the hosts were so friendly and accommodating! This is a great location - close enough to Glenwood Springs to enjoy town and all that it has to offer - but also far enough that you are able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a home on the river. We sat in the river and enjoyed looking for river rocks with our grandsons while their parents tubed the river. Around 3 miles from the house there is a Disc Golf Course that has an easy access spot for small boats or tubes to enter the water. It took our group under 2 hours to float from the Course back to the house. Our kids said floating the river was a top 10 experience for them! This is truly one of those places that is hard to leave! We loved our stay at Leslie and Chris's place and hope to go back next summer!

We loved our stay here! The house and the property are beautiful. Having access to our own private sandy beach on the water was amazing. It's perfect for families, groups of friends, or as a romantic getaway for couples. Also a great place to bring your dog and let them run and play! The hosts are so kind and helpful. When we left we were already making plans for when we could book our next trip, we'll definitely be back!

This home was a perfect fit for our family of 7 as we spent the week visiting the Glenwood Springs area. We encountered some minor logistical issues due to our large family size and the length of our stay, but the host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, the home was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the kids loved having access to the beach on the river.
