  • At Great Island Inn we offer modern apartments for the independent traveler in mind. Housed in a newly-renovated, 1820s home on New Castle Island, our six guest studios feature fully equipped kitchens and in-room laundry. Whether you need a home base while visiting the Portsmouth area, are in town for an extended work trip, or are doing home renovations, we invite you to experience New Castle and the Seacoast like a local!
    King Studio Apartment with views of our patio and garden areas. We are located in the heart of New Castle Village. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, NH and 10 minutes to Kittery, ME.
    Unit comes with fully equipped kitchen, full size SMEG refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer.
    Maximum capacity: 2 adults + 1 infant. Pets are NOT permitted in this apartment.
