"My stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri was exceptional from start to finish. It was a long stay and the room allocated was as per my request – high floor, quiet with city and pool views. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Thankyou Priyanka (Manager Housekeeping) for checking with me about my room. Check-in & checkout were easily handled by staff members (Shreya and the guy on checkout don’t remember his name). Thanks to Arna at the desk. Huge thanks to Karisma at the front desk for being always welcoming and looking after my request whenever I required assistance. Thanks to her again for organising Spa session at Tattva, which was another wonderful experience. The facilities were first-class from the elegant lobby and relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options. Room should have a pen and notepad. Security team at the entrance was fabulous. Thanks to smiling faces Santosh and Neelu. Everything about my experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. I left feeling truly pampered and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Delhi. "

"They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800. They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience. "

"The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital. Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy. Overall nice area for the location. "

"The staff is very attentive. Front desk very efficient. There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently. The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas. I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price. The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean. The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area. I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided. Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation. We had a pleasant stay."
